If your colored lenses or cosmetics don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help make things right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your colored lenses match your style preferences and fit perfectly.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
- All security seals must be intact
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened colored lenses (due to hygiene regulations)
- Used cosmetics (for health protection of all our customers)
- Sale items (unless defective or incorrect)
We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Products you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preference: refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items including:
- All original packaging and materials
- Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges to different lens colors or products:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state the product and color you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new items once we receive your return
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some Asian nations and remote regions), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
